Lilith, the new single by An Danzza
Madrid-based fantasy folk band An Danzza releases its new single on digital platforms, dedicated to the mythical figure of Lilith
The song is an invocation to this ancient feminine entity, a symbol of sensuality, desire and dark feminine energy. A call to embrace what is often hidden or repressed: our instincts, pleasure, the freedom to be oneself, and that wilder, untamed side that needs no permission and seeks no one's approval. Lilith embodies the woman who knows her own power, accepts her shadows and embraces her true nature.
Musically, An Danzza blends instruments such as the hurdy-gurdy, bagpipes, bouzouki, guitar and percussion, among others, to create an immersive, ritualistic atmosphere. The result connects with the band's distinctive world of mythology and ancestral sounds, this time exploring a particularly dark and sensual side.
As is customary for An Danzza, the single is self-produced, reflecting the independent spirit that has guided the band since its beginnings more than twenty years ago.
In the coming days, the band will also release the video for Lilith on its YouTube channel.
